You simply click on the links to the companies that pay you for doing various things from taking a survey to surfing the web to reading some emails to mystery shopping and sign up with each company. You do not sign up at Pocket-Change, I merely list all the different companies websites that pay you for doing various. You will have to sign up for each individual company.
